About the Ride
The Greene Trails Cycling Classic is a fun, family-oriented
getaway that is easy on your wallet and friendly to the environment and
your health! It is a multi-day event
centered in Greene County, Ohio, and is designed to showcase the nationally recognized
rail-to-trail system that exists there - and beyond, as well as the
communities along the trails. All rides begin and end at the GTCC
campground located at the Fairgrounds Recreation Center beside the
Greene County Fairgrounds. Each day features and utilizes a
different section of the trail with route(s) supported for rider
convenience and safety. Routes include on-trail, out-and-back trips, as well as extended rides on
rural roads for designated days. The broad network of trails provides an
exceptional cycling experience for those families and individuals who
want to take part in a bicycle or skating tour, but prefer the safety and comfort of
staying on the trails. Alternate routes offer a choice for the more
adventurous. Each day will offer special entertainment opportunities, and lots of exciting surprises.
The 2009 GTCC hosted wonderful people from 14 states
- even France and Germany. We invite you to join us
for the 2010 event. The hospitality of the folks in Xenia and the communities along the trails will make you feel welcome and provide your
family with a memorable vacation.
Whether you want to make this a
Thursday - Sunday event, or any portion thereof, we have the option that
is just right for you, your family and friends!
2010 Jersey
  Greene
Trails Cycling Classic jerseys are available for $65 each. They
are Primal Wear sport cut, short sleeve jerseys with a 3/4 length hidden
zipper and 3 rear cargo pockets. Click

Orders must be received by June 3 to receive at event.
Orders placed June 4 or later will be delivered 6-8 weeks after event
conclusion. Primal Wear has a minimum of 15 jerseys. Refunds
will be processed if the minimum requirement is not met. To order
a jersey, complete the order form
and mail it in with payment or just add it to your
registration form.
Hassle-free Camping
Want hassle-free camping? Camptel/Comfy Campers
has the answer. They will provide and set up a tent, air mattress,
chair, towels, beverages, etc. for you. Click

Check-In and Tent Set-Up
Check-in begins on Wednesday at 5:00 pm. For
those who are interested in setting up camp earlier than 5:00 pm will be
charged a $25.00 fee. A free
bicycle safety seminar and free bike repair seminar will be offered.
Please remember that most services will not be provided until Thursday
morning.
Note: Due to Health Department regulations, campers
must set up their tents within the marked areas at the "campground".
Greene County Parks is diligently working to provide as many shaded
locations as possible however, they are limited.
